You give it a URL; it scores the site across five pillars (Accessibility, Visual Appeal, AI-Readiness, SEO, Conversion Readiness), produces an evidence-backed report, and — if the site is already in the top 5% — explicitly tells the visitor they don't need to hire us. Fanalis is operated by a studio in India that builds websites and brand systems. The audit suite is free; paid work is bespoke web design, brand systems, landing pages, and automations. # The five pillars (methodology) ## 1. Accessibility (weight 18%) Built on axe-core's full WCAG 2.2 AA ruleset (~85 automated rules). Adds semantic-landmark, skip-link, and lang-attribute heuristics on top. Each violation deducts based on impact (critical=18, serious=10, moderate=5, minor=2) scaled by the number of affected nodes (capped at 8). ## 2. Visual Appeal (weight 24%) Two layers that combine into one score: - Layer 1 — computer-vision metrics computed via sharp: palette discipline, hue-entropy harmony, background-color dominance (whitespace), edge density (clutter). - Layer 2 — AI-vision judge (our owned visual judge model) scoring typography, color, hierarchy, whitespace, and rhythm against a calibrated 0–100 rubric where 90+ is Awwwards-tier and 50–65 is the average web. A custom-fine-tuned critic model (Layer 3) is planned for v2. ## 3. AI-Readiness / AISEO (weight 22%) Unique to Fanalis. Most existing tools (Lighthouse, Screaming Frog, etc.) don't audit this category. Checks: - /llms.txt present and spec-compliant (Anthropic + Mintlify spec — H1, blockquote summary, ## sections, Markdown links) - /llms-full.txt present - robots.txt explicitly allows GPTBot, OAI-SearchBot, ClaudeBot, PerplexityBot, Google-Extended - JSON-LD structured data with Organization schema at minimum - Semantic HTML landmarks (main, header, footer, nav) - Pre-rendered text content (SSR/SSG, not JS-only) - 200 OK status to crawlers (no Cloudflare bot-fight blocking) - Sitemap discoverability + absolute canonical ## 4. SEO (weight 18%) Title length (30–60 chars), meta description (70–170), single H1, heading hierarchy, canonical URL, lang attribute, full OG tags, Twitter Card, JSON-LD presence, sitemap.xml, robots.txt, image alt-text coverage, HTTPS, mobile viewport, internal linking density, URL hygiene. ## 5. Conversion Readiness (weight 18%) CTA presence and verb strength, CTA hierarchy (1–6 ideal), H1 value clarity, supporting copy depth, social proof signals, contact-path discoverability, form field count (≤4 ideal), pricing transparency, page length (1–40 viewport heights). Includes an LLM narrative critique when the AI critic is configured. # Pricing Fixed scope, fixed timeline: - Landing page — 7 days, ₹40,000. - Brand site — 21 days, ₹150,000. - Automation — quoted per scope. # Trust mechanics - The full methodology is public on /manifesto. - Every score includes evidence (raw values, DOM snippets, screenshots). - When any pillar scores 95+, the report explicitly tells the visitor "you don't need us here." - Our own site is audited on load and shows live 100/100s. # Contact Studio operated from India.
